As theAccounts Payable Specialist,you'llbe the key point of contact for vendors, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and on time.You'llalsobe responsible forclear, proactive communicationregardingpayment schedules, whilemaintainingfinancial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of vendor invoices and paymentsCommunicate regularly with vendors to confirm payment timelines and address inquiriesMonitor the AP inbox and respond to payment-related questionsTrack outstanding payables and prioritize payments based on due dates and termsProvide support withadditionalfinance-related tasks as needed by the Finance team.
