Support business and technology transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Analytics, analyzing business challenges and translating findings into recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
Support the design and implementation of new capabilities, processes, operating models, and technology solutions.
Conduct research, business analysis, process assessments, and data-driven problem solving.
Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, and AI to improve business performance, while contributing to internal initiatives, solution development, knowledge sharing, and proposal support activities.

Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.You must have 4+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally serving Consumer Goods or Retail clients, or in business or technology transformation roles within these industries.Relevant experience in one or more Consumer Goods or Retail areas, such as Brand Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Route-to-Market, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Revenue Growth Management, Customer Experience, Digital Commerce, Planning & Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Data & Analytics.Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory.Note: Candidates are not expected to have experience across every capability or platform listed.
