The role We're looking for a Recruiter Analyst who wants to grow fast.
You'll work mainly on recruiting, supporting hiring for accounting and finance roles across our verticals, and you'll also get involved in broader People projects.

We need someone proactive, hungry, and willing to get their hands dirty: someone who sees a problem and takes it on.
What you'll do Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and creative outreachScreen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managersKeep our ATS clean, updated, and reliableWrite and publish job postings and outreach messagesTrack pipeline metrics and help build reports for the teamSupport People Ops as a secondary focus (recruiting always comes first):
