We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategically minded Senior Benefits Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of assigned global benefits and Total Rewards programs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, general environment and can seamlessly transition between high-level strategy design and hands-on administrative execution.

About The Role
- Lead the strategic design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of all employee benefits programs across the LATAM region.
