About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the People and organisation agenda for Worley’s Major Projects & Programs group.



You will translate business, portfolio and project priorities into integrated workforce, talent and organisational strategies that strengthen project delivery capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce readiness and long-term business performance.
As a trusted executive advisor to the Group Executive President, MPP, the MPP leadership team and project executives, you will shape critical decisions across workforce planning, global mobilisation and deployment, organisation design, leadership, succession, talent, culture, performance, transformation and employee relations.
You will use commercial insight, workforce analytics and labour-market intelligence to anticipate delivery and workforce risk, secure scarce capability and ensure MPP has the organisational capacity and talent to safely and successfully deliver complex projects for customers.
