This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Argentina. About Teem Teem partners with healthcare practices across the U.S. to manage their front and back-office operations so providers can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of U.S.-based medical practices. What You'll DoPatient Communication & Call Management Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and social media Resolve patient concerns and elevate complex issues when needed Collaborate with U.S.-based healthcare teams to manage scheduling and inquiries Scheduling & Coordination Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using digital tools Monitor daily appointment flow to ensure smooth operations Coordinate with healthcare providers to maintain timely, organized schedules Make outbound calls to engage potential new patients Follow up on marketing inquiries and campaign leads with a friendly,



consultative approach Administrative Support Maintain accurate digital records of patient interactions and appointments Assist with invoicing, insurance documentation, and CRM updates Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk rolesC1-level English proficiency or above, this role requires clear, professional, and fluent communication with U.S.-based patients and healthcare providers on a daily basis Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a patient-focused mindset Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and scheduling software Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace Healthcare experience is a plus but not required Paid in U.S. dollars100% remote, work from anywhere in Argentina Ongoing training and professional development Build real experience working with U.S. healthcare organizations
