Media Buyer – Meta Ads

(Remote | Part-time to Full-time)

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on lead generation for clients across the United States. We’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team and help us deliver real and measurable results.

This fully remote role starts part-time and grows into full-time as our client base expands, offering flexibility to ease in while building something long-term with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads lead generation campaigns for US-based clients
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to improve CPL and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present results to clients
- Collaborate with our creative team by providing clear creative briefs aligned with campaign strategy
- Work within GoHighLevel to track leads and ensure proper pipeline integration




- Stay current on Meta Ads platform updates and best practices

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, specifically in lead generation
- Experience working with US-based clients or US audiences
- Experience in insurance or similar regulated industries is a strong plus
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics (CPL, ROAS)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
