The Role

As a Move-In Specialist, you own the handoff from signed lease to active resident. The Leasing team got the home loved. Now you deliver the experience that turns a lease into a relationship.

You verify the home meets standards in person. Every appliance works. Every light is on. The carpets are fresh. The air is clean. Keys are rekeyed. Documentation is complete. Then you introduce the resident to the homeowner — not as a tenant, but as a carefully chosen person who will care for the home. The resident is positioned as a VIP, not a transaction.

After move-in, you execute the 30-day follow-up to ensure the resident feels settled. Any last-mile issues are resolved before they become complaints. Then you hand off a confident, informed resident to the Concierge team — not a confused one.

What You Will Do

Own the Move-In Experience End to End

- Coordinate pre-move-in preparation: deep cleaning verification, key handoff, appliance checks, documentation.




- Verify homes meet Open Standards in person.
- Execute the resident welcome and homeowner introduction.
- Manage the 30-day follow-up process to ensure residents are settled and satisfied.

Deliver Perfection Under Pressure

- The last weekend of every month is peak move-in season. Multiple homes, multiple residents, multiple timelines converging.
- You manage them all without dropping quality. You show up on time, in your Belong polo, and you deliver.

Represent the Brand at the Highest Standard

- The move-in is where the brand becomes physical. The resident sees you, sees the home, sees the care.
- Speak the Belong language. Present the resident to the homeowner as a superstar.
- Make the moment feel intentional, not procedural.

Contribute to the Machine

- Document everything: home condition, photos, resident feedback.
- Flag any issues that slipped through preparation. If a pattern emerges, surface it.
- Operate with radical ownership. If a resident walks into a home with a problem, it is your problem. Full stop.

What You Bring

- 0 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, operations, customer experience, or anything that required you to deliver flawless experiences under time pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
