Responsibilities

- Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks that support both product goals and engineering expectations
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate quality activities and enable timely delivery
- Contribute testing considerations during architectural discussions to help guide automation-related decisions
- Conduct reviews of test code and offer actionable recommendations that uphold quality and coding consistency
- Identify root causes of automation issues and resolve technical problems across the testing workflow
- Help junior colleagues advance by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities to develop their skills
- Support project planning by contributing test estimates, clarifying deliverables, and validating achievable timelines




- Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate relevant improvements into automation testing routines
- Create and maintain records of testing methods and key technical decisions to reinforce ongoing quality management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project objectives and verify that finished work meets expected standards

Requirements

- Relevant professional experience of at least three years in automation testing, software quality, or a comparable area
- Strong command of JavaScript for creating, improving, and maintaining automated test scripts
- Hands-on familiarity with Playwright or related JavaScript UI automation frameworks for verifying web application behavior
- Practical experience with API and web service test automation to assess backend quality and dependability
- Proficiency with version control systems for organizing test-code updates and preserving change traceability
- Thorough understanding of automation framework architecture for developing scalable and maintainable test ecosystems
- Experience integrating JavaScript-based BDD tools to define and automate behavior-focused test cases
- Familiarity with AI technologies and principles that support more effective testing processes
- Clear spoken and written English at B2 level or above
