We are looking for driven Business Development Managers to grow PU Prime’s partner network across Spanish-speaking Latin America, working fully remote.

What you’ll do

- Identify, onboard and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships across your target markets
- Drive client acquisition and lead generation through partner networks, social media and affiliates
- Track partner performance and report regular insights on results
- Build long-term relationships with partners that bring sustained, high-volume traffic
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitors and regulations in the Forex/CFD space

What we’re looking for





- Experience in partnership management, business development or sales, ideally at a Forex/CFD broker, crypto exchange, prop firm or iGaming company
- An existing network of IBs, affiliates or trading communities in LATAM is a strong plus
- Knowledge of CFDs, Forex and online trading platforms (MT4/MT5) is highly preferred
- Able to balance relationship-building with hitting numbers
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Native or fluent Spanish required. Working level of English (written and spoken). Portuguese is a bonus
