An important company dedicated to the development of BIM-based architectural projects, located in Córdoba Capital and focused on the North American market, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a growing sales team.
Your main objective will be to generate and develop new business opportunities, primarily in the United States, through market research, identification of companies and decision-makers, outbound prospecting, and initiating sales conversations that contribute to building and developing a qualified sales pipeline.
We are looking for someone who, in addition to executing the prospecting process, can bring a commercial mindset, learn from the market, and actively contribute to building an increasingly strong business development strategy.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Researching markets, segments, companies, and potential clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and market signals.
- Conducting outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.




- Coordinating sales meetings with potential clients and supporting the CEO in developing business opportunities.
- Tracking prospecting performance and results, identifying opportunities for improvement.

What profile are we looking for?
- 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or similar commercial roles within digital industries. (REQUIRED)
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools.
- Proven commercial experience working with the United States and/or other international markets. (REQUIRED)
- Advanced English (C1/C2), both spoken and written, with the ability to engage fluently in commercial conversations. (REQUIRED)
- Residence in Córdoba Capital or surrounding areas. (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)
- Knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, or Real Estate. (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)
- University studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (DESIRABLE)
