Role Summary

The Resident Service Specialist at GC Realty & Development is responsible for managing all aspects of resident communication and ensuring a remarkable resident experience. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, responding to resident inquiries promptly, and resolving issues in a professional manner. The Resident Service Specialist works closely with other departments to address resident concerns,



coordinate move-out processes, and assist with various administrative tasks. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. The specialist also plays a key role in ensuring that all interactions reflect GC Realty's high standards of service and professionalism.

What You Get

• Hourly - $5.00-$7.00(USD) Paid Weekly
