Engagement Manager Fully Remote - working EST Hours

Our client is an NYC based startup consultancy which helps mid-market companies implement AI solutions.

They are hiring an Engagement / Client Delivery Manager to own relationships and delivery across a portfolio of US clients.

The successful candidate will work alongside the founder and:
- Own client relationships with US executives and senior stakeholders
- Run engagements end-to-end — roadmaps, delivery, risks, timelines and communication
- Work closely with engineering teams on AI, automation and software projects
- Translate delivery into tangible ROI, time saved and business impact
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and scope
- will be comfortable working Fully remote, with US hours
- will have excellent English language skills
- will be a strong fit for someone from tech consulting, software services or digital transformation

Experience of working with technical teams and discussing APIs, software workflows and automation is required for the role.

This is a fully remote role with a salary of $50,000-60,000 USD pa and the successful client will work EST hours.
