As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of U.S.-based medical practices.
What You'll Do
Patient Communication & Call Management
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and social media
- Resolve patient concerns and elevate complex issues when needed
- Collaborate with U.S.-based healthcare teams to manage scheduling and inquiries

Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using digital tools
- Monitor daily appointment flow to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to maintain timely, organized schedules




- Make outbound calls to engage potential new patients
- Follow up on marketing inquiries and campaign leads with a friendly, consultative approach

Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate digital records of patient interactions and appointments
- Assist with invoicing, insurance documentation, and CRM updates
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles
- C1-level English proficiency or above, this role requires clear, professional, and fluent communication with U.S.-based patients and healthcare providers on a daily basis
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a patient-focused mindset
- Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and scheduling software
