Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
- Lead client onboarding and provide ongoing account support.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Monitor client needs and key account performance metrics.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Cualificado English level.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and self-management skills.
