As a People Ops - Regulatory Compliance -Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational tasks related to all areas within US employment eligibility, labor laws and national notice regulations. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results that drive value for the team. Responsibilities
- Coordinating compliance with US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations
- Handling new joiner and employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as needed
- Utilizing HR and specialized HR compliance software and systems to maintain accurate employee records and data management
- Implementing process improvements to optimize operations and delivery
- Analyzing data to inform Regulatory Compliance metrics and drive strategic decision-making
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with company guideline
