The Compensation Analyst evaluates and benchmarks positions across the organization to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications.



This role supports compensation analysis, market pricing, job evaluation, and compliance efforts while helping maintain competitive compensation programs.
The analyst also supports compensation-related communications, training materials, and Total Rewards initiatives by providing guidance on policies, programs, and processes.
The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work remotely (100% from home). Prefer a candidate who lives in EST or CST.
