Responsibilities

- Direct projects from their initial planning stages through handover, ensuring completed work supports wider company goals
- Maintain effective communication between internal contributors and external delivery contacts as the central project representative
- Develop project roadmaps that outline achievable deadlines, critical checkpoints, and balanced capacity assignments
- Track simultaneous projects, assess potential delivery concerns, and take proactive steps to protect commitments
- Run regular status sessions and communicate meaningful updates to executives and other relevant audiences
- Strengthen client partnerships through active engagement and close attention to changing expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors while fostering joint ownership and responsibility for outcomes
- Agree adjustments to project requirements, financial parameters, and timelines as business needs evolve
- Identify process gaps and introduce improvements that increase efficiency across project activities
- Assist colleagues with resolving delivery obstacles and clear dependencies that slow team progress




- Apply consistent quality assurance practices throughout every phase of the project lifecycle
- Support workforce planning by providing input on staffing levels and suitable team configurations

Requirements

- Five or more years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical engineering discipline
- At least two years in a position involving seniority, team leadership, management responsibility, or ownership
- Demonstrated success leading project teams of at least five full-time members
- Applied expertise in Agentic AI supported by deep knowledge of solution architecture principles
- Working Python scripting skills combined with an understanding of essential AI tools and technologies
- Extensive background in project governance and delivery leadership across different engagement models
- Practical experience managing digital projects involving technology products or services
- Understanding of cloud-focused delivery operations and related infrastructure coordination
- Familiarity with digital marketing project management for campaign-based delivery work
- English proficiency at B2 level or above for effective written and spoken collaboration

- Holding a product-management-related professional credential would be a plus
