Main Purpose

- Primary point of contact for financial analysis & steering to the Conosur Marketing team.
- Provides the financial basis for decision making and interacts with CS Commercial team.
- Supports through strategic financial analysis and modelling in the area of crop & product management (e.g. planning, pricing analytics, customer strategy, product positioning and value proposition).
- Provide financial steering to CS Conosur business, focus on Gross Profit.
- Ensure the structure, compliance and support of business plans and commercial campaigns.

Your mission Will be to

- Lead CS Finance Comm Ops Conosur team seeking business excellence and people development




- Strong interaction and cooperation with LATAM FBP Commercial Operations
- Responsible for delivering on financial targets by providing a reliable financial steering (alignment operational/financial planning, target setting, resource allocation, deviation analysis, mitigation plans)
- Responsible for strategic planning and future value capture with focus on long range planning
- Drive Sales & Operation planning together with regional and cluster
- Provides financial basis for product launch plan of new products within Conosur
- Leverage pricing, market data analytics to support Conosur marketing team decision making ahead of competition
- Provides financial basis to define product value and price objective to enable price strategy and corridors within crops
- Provides financial basis on negotiations with 3rd parties for Crop Protection Portfolio.
- Provide leadership and actively cooperate with other functions with aim of creating and sustaining a spirit that is based on high performance team culture.
- Review, challenge and validate divisional commercial conditions.
- Provide financial transparency and recommendations regarding commercial operations
- Provide support for the implementation of new business models in Conosur and recommendations to capture opportunities
- Ensure design,



development and implementation of commercial policies in all Conosur countries.

- Advanced in understanding and analyzing business & financial trends
- Advanced in Modeling Scenarios and Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Strong influencing/networking, coordination, management, leadership skills
- Min. 10 years experience in financial and functional (e.g. Commercial Operations) management positions, preferably 5 years with leadership responsibility
- Fluent English and local language skills
- Master degree in economics, finance or similar
