Pikes is building the creative AI suite for CPG brands. We work with some of the world's leading consumer brands to rethink how creative is produced, using AI to make it faster, better, and more scalable.

We're looking for an AI Graphic Designer with great taste, strong design fundamentals, and an obsession with building creative systems powered by AI.

The role

You're a graphic designer who's worked on real briefs, campaigns, and creative projects. You have a strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling. You understand what makes a design look great, and you know how to execute it.

You're also experimenting constantly with AI. You're excited by the fact that you can now create almost anything you can imagine.

You'll help some of the world's leading consumer brands rethink how they produce creative, building workflows, templates, and AI-powered systems that enable them to create high-quality work at scale.

This is a hands-on design role. You'll spend time creating great work and figuring out how to turn what works into processes and systems that others can use.

The role is remote.

What you'll do

- Design great creative. Produce high-quality paid social ads, product imagery, campaign visuals, and other marketing assets for consumer brands.
- Build creative systems. Develop reusable templates, design frameworks, AI workflows, and processes that allow brands to consistently produce great creative at scale.
- Make AI useful for design. Experiment with image generation, editing, and automation tools to create better, faster, and more consistent design workflows.
- Translate brands into systems. Turn brand guidelines, visual identities, and creative strategies into repeatable processes that maintain quality and consistency.
- Scale what works. Identify successful creative approaches and build systems for generating, testing, and iterating on variations.
- Shape our product.



Work closely with our product team to turn your learnings into better tools for designers and creative teams.

Who you are
- You have great taste. Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- You're a practicing designer. You've worked on real creative projects and have a strong portfolio.
- You think in systems. You naturally look for patterns, reusable components, and ways to make creative processes more efficient and scalable.
- You're AI-native. You're already using AI extensively in your creative workflow and constantly experimenting with new models and tools.
- You care about craft. You believe that scaling creative should never mean compromising on quality.
- You understand brands. You know how to interpret a visual identity and create work that feels distinct and consistent.
- You like building things. You're just as excited about creating a great design workflow as you are about creating a great design.

Experience in performance marketing, CPG, or DTC is a strong plus.
