We invite an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong AI foundation to join our project leadership function. In this position, you will coordinate impactful initiatives within a technology-focused workplace where speed, collaboration, and improvement are central to success. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to keep delivery organized and responsive to company needs. This role provides the opportunity to manage complex efforts while applying a current understanding of technology trends

Responsibilities

- Oversee projects from early definition through successful completion, making sure delivery contributes to strategic business outcomes
- Function as the main communication channel between internal departments and external delivery partners
- Develop project plans that establish feasible deadlines, key achievement points, and appropriate use of available resources
- Keep visibility over parallel workstreams, recognize threats early, and introduce response measures when needed
- Organize routine delivery check-ins and provide senior leaders and stakeholders with meaningful progress information
- Cultivate trusted client connections by remaining attentive to evolving requirements and target outcomes
- Manage diverse project teams and promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and responsibility
- Negotiate changes to requirements, financial constraints, and delivery schedules in response to new conditions
- Improve operational delivery by identifying weaknesses in existing practices and rolling out effective enhancements
- Assist colleagues with problem resolution and clear barriers that reduce their ability to perform




- Apply quality assurance measures across the full delivery lifecycle
- Provide recommendations on resourcing levels and team design according to project demands

Requirements

- At least five years of relevant hands-on experience in a technical engineering role
- Two or more years in senior, leadership, management, or ownership capacities
- Demonstrated history of managing initiatives with five or more full-time employees
- Advanced solution architecture knowledge combined with practical Agentic AI experience
- Python scripting proficiency supported by working knowledge of key artificial intelligence technologies
- Comprehensive experience leading projects and managing delivery across different engagement types
- Hands-on background in digital project management for technology-enabled programs
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure delivery management and associated operating environments
- Exposure to digital marketing project management for campaign coordination and marketing delivery work
- Fluent English at B2 level or above for effective cross-functional communication
