We are seeking a Delivery Manager with practical AI expertise to strengthen our project leadership team. You will oversee significant technology initiatives in an energetic environment that encourages inventive thinking, teamwork, and reliable execution. By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that delivery remains organized, efficient, and aligned with strategic priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordinating complex work while keeping pace with meaningful technology developments

Responsibilities

- Manage initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, from early definition through final completion, while maintaining alignment with business objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners during project delivery
- Create workable delivery plans that establish realistic schedules, key milestones, and effective resource allocation
- Monitor several concurrent workstreams, identify emerging risks, and implement corrective actions without delay
- Facilitate recurring project reviews and provide leadership and stakeholders with clear progress reports
- Build trusted customer relationships by staying responsive to evolving needs and expected outcomes
- Lead diverse delivery teams and promote a culture of shared responsibility, collaboration, and accountability
- Negotiate changes to scope, funding, and delivery dates when project circumstances shift
- Improve project execution by evaluating existing workflows and introducing more efficient practices
- Support team members in overcoming challenges and remove blockers that affect their ability to deliver
- Maintain quality standards across planning, implementation,



and project closeout activities
- Contribute to staffing decisions by recommending team structures and resource levels for individual initiatives

Requirements

- At least five years of relevant professional experience in an engineering or technology environment
- A minimum of two years in a senior, lead, management, or ownership-oriented role
- A proven track record of successfully managing projects involving teams of five or more full-time professionals
- Strong understanding of solution architecture together with hands-on experience applying Agentic AI
- Ability to write Python scripts and a foundational knowledge of key artificial intelligence technologies
- Broad experience using project management and delivery management methods across diverse initiatives
- Hands-on involvement in digital project management for technology-focused programs
- Knowledge of delivery management practices for cloud platforms and supporting infrastructure
- Experience coordinating digital marketing projects and supporting campaign execution
- Professional English communication skills at B2 level or higher
