We are looking for a Delivery Manager with practical artificial intelligence experience to lead complex technology initiatives. Responsibilities

- Manage initiatives from initial planning through completion, ensuring outcomes support the organization’s strategic direction
- Serve as the main coordination point between internal delivery teams and external partners throughout project execution
- Create delivery plans that establish feasible deadlines, meaningful milestones, and balanced use of resources
- Track parallel workstreams, recognize emerging delivery risks, and take early action to prevent disruption
- Facilitate recurring status meetings and provide leadership and stakeholders with clear progress reporting
- Develop lasting client relationships by remaining responsive to changing requirements and expected outcomes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams while promoting collaboration, shared ownership, and accountability for results
- Agree adjustments to scope, budgets, and schedules with stakeholders as project conditions evolve
- Improve delivery efficiency by evaluating current workflows and introducing stronger operating practices
- Help contributors overcome obstacles by removing blockers and providing practical support




- Apply quality assurance practices consistently across planning, execution, and project closeout
- Contribute to resourcing discussions by recommending staffing levels and team structures for each initiative

Requirements

- At least five years of relevant professional experience in a technology or engineering setting
- A minimum of two years in a senior, lead, management, or ownership-oriented position
- Demonstrated success leading delivery teams with five or more full-time members
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture combined with hands-on experience in Agentic AI
- Python scripting ability supported by an understanding of core artificial intelligence technologies
- Broad experience using project management and delivery management approaches across varied engagements
- Practical background managing digital projects involving technology products, platforms, or services
- Understanding of delivery practices for cloud infrastructure and cloud-based environments
- Experience coordinating digital marketing projects and supporting campaign-related activities
- Professional English communication skills at B2 level or above
