Their vision is a repeatable system for launching and operating highly profitable Home Buying Centers (HBCs) across multiple markets—combining exceptional local talent with the centralized operational support of Central Command. Our goal is $10M in predictable annual profitability by 2029 through a lean, highly efficient organization.

We are building a connected, AI-powered operating environment—the SHB Brain—that unifies company knowledge, business data, intelligent automation, and specialized AI agents. This platform will support sales, marketing, operations, finance, and expansion.

AI is not an afterthought or a quick fix for us; it is how we empower our team to operate at an elite level and scale rapidly without bloated headcount.

The Opportunity: AI Innovator & Systems Builder

We are seeking an exceptional, full-time AI Systems Architect & Innovator to join our core team as a long-term partner—not an outside consultant, and not a passive task-taker.

You are someone who wakes up thinking: "How can I make things better today?" You will deeply understand our business, identify hidden operational inefficiencies, bring well-reasoned recommendations to leadership, and turn approved ideas into working production systems.

Core Responsibilities

- Architect & Expand "SHB Brain": Build, maintain,



and refine our centralized AI infrastructure, connecting company knowledge bases, CRMs, financial data, and communication channels.
- Proactive Process Optimization: Uncover friction points in sales, acquisitions, operations, and finance. Design custom AI agents and workflow automations to solve real-world operational bottlenecks.
- AI Agent & Workflow Engineering: Develop autonomous agents (using frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, or custom API setups) integrated with automation engines (n8n, Zapier) and business APIs.
- System Testing & QA: Implement rigorous testing protocols, data validation, and human-in-the-loop guardrails so LLMs produce secure, accurate, and actionable business outputs.
- Data & Analytics Integration: Work with databases (SQL/Supabase), custom interfaces, and reporting dashboards to ensure operational data flows cleanly across all Home Buying Centers.
- Continuous Business Alignment: Work directly with leadership, measuring the ROI and business impact of every AI implementation, constantly refining what doesn't work.

Required Skills & Tech Stack

- AI & LLM Frameworks: Direct experience orchestrating LLMs, build-outs with OpenAI/Claude APIs, framework usage (CrewAI, LangGraph, or LangChain), and advanced prompt engineering/guardrails (Pydantic, function calling).
- Workflow Automation & Integration: Advanced knowledge of n8n (preferred) or Zapier/Make for complex, multi-branch lead, operations, and data routing.
- Data & Backend Basics: Solid foundation in Python or JavaScript/Node.js, basic SQL,



database management (Supabase/PostgreSQL), and REST API integration.
- Business Systems Experience: Familiarity with CRM ecosystems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or HubSpot) and cloud architectures (Vercel, AWS, or GCP).
- Proactive Ownership: A self-starter mindset with strong product judgment. You know how to propose solutions, ask critical business questions, and ship code safely.
- Fluent English: High-level verbal and written English skills for direct, daily strategic collaboration with US leadership across EST time zones.

Nice to Have

- Background or domain knowledge in Real Estate Investing (REI), proptech, or high-volume sales operations.
- Experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems or enterprise vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant).
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.

- Not a ticket-taker: You will not receive step-by-step instructions daily. You are expected to investigate, diagnose, and propose solutions.
