We are seeking a Delivery Manager with extensive artificial intelligence expertise to strengthen our technology delivery team. You will lead high-value initiatives in a fast-paced setting where teamwork, operational focus, and innovative thinking are essential. Partnering with colleagues across the organization, you will ensure programs remain well coordinated and connected to strategic priorities. Responsibilities

- Direct initiatives from initial planning through final handover, ensuring results support business strategy
- Act as the primary liaison between internal delivery functions and external project partners
- Establish delivery plans that define achievable schedules, critical milestones, and appropriate resource use
- Maintain oversight of multiple active workstreams, identifying risks early and implementing timely corrective actions
- Facilitate regular delivery reviews and provide leadership and stakeholders with clear status updates
- Build lasting client partnerships by maintaining alignment with evolving needs and expected outcomes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams while reinforcing shared ownership, accountability, and effective collaboration
- Renegotiate scope, budget, and timeline commitments when changing conditions require project adjustments
- Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements that increase delivery efficiency across initiatives
- Help team members resolve complex issues and remove obstacles that affect execution
- Maintain quality expectations from project initiation through completion




- Advise on staffing and team-structure decisions based on delivery needs and project complexity

Requirements

- At least five years of relevant experience in a technical engineering environment
- Two or more years of experience in senior, lead, management, or ownership-oriented roles
- Demonstrated success overseeing projects staffed by five or more full-time contributors
- Strong expertise in solution architecture and practical experience with Agentic AI
- Ability to develop Python scripts alongside a foundational understanding of AI technologies
- Extensive experience applying project management and delivery management practices across varied engagements
- Hands-on experience coordinating technology initiatives through digital project management approaches
- Knowledge of delivery management principles for cloud infrastructure and related environments
- Familiarity with digital marketing project management for supporting campaigns and marketing programs
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for professional written and verbal collaboration
