We invite an experienced Delivery Manager with AI expertise to strengthen our project-delivery function. You will take responsibility for complex initiatives in a high-energy environment that values innovative solutions and disciplined execution. By working closely with technical specialists, business teams, and external contacts, you will help achieve predictable and successful delivery. This role offers the chance to use AI knowledge as part of a modern, results-oriented leadership approach

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution across a portfolio of initiatives and ensure delivery remains connected to company objectives
- Act as the key coordination point for communication between internal teams and external delivery partners
- Maintain oversight of plans and milestones, addressing delivery concerns before they become major delays
- Optimize the use of assigned capacity to support efficient work and achievement of target dates
- Deliver clear status reporting and facilitate routine project updates for leadership stakeholders
- Build durable customer relationships by maintaining strong engagement throughout the delivery journey
- Recognize risks early, evaluate their potential effect, and introduce mitigation measures
- Improve delivery operations through process analysis, standardization, and implementation of efficiency improvements
- Lead cross-functional delivery groups while promoting transparency, teamwork, and responsibility for outcomes
- Manage approved budgets and financial reporting to maintain control over project expenditure
- Coach and support team members as they develop their skills and progress professionally




- Negotiate necessary changes with stakeholders when scope, timelines, or resource requirements shift

Requirements

- At least five years of professional experience in a technical engineering environment
- A minimum of two years in a leadership role such as senior specialist, team lead, manager, or owner
- Experience successfully overseeing engagements involving at least five full-time team members
- Expertise in solution architecture principles paired with direct exposure to Agentic AI implementation
- Python scripting capability and a strong grasp of foundational artificial intelligence technologies
- Experience applying project management practices to organize, execute, and close initiatives
- Background in managing digitally enabled projects from planning through delivery
- Delivery management expertise, including coordination of cloud-based programs or services
- Knowledge of digital marketing project management for supporting marketing-focused delivery work
- Fluent English at B2 level or above for written and verbal collaboration

- Certification in a relevant area, such as product management, is considered an added advantage
