We invite an experienced Delivery Manager with AI expertise to join our project delivery function. You will help lead meaningful technology initiatives within a dynamic workplace that combines innovation, collaboration, and strong execution standards. Working alongside diverse business and technical teams, you will maintain clarity and momentum across complex delivery efforts. Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure that delivery outcomes align with organizational targets
- Act as the principal contact connecting internal departments and third-party partners throughout project timelines
- Establish detailed delivery frameworks that include attainable schedules, important milestones, and appropriate allocation of resources
- Keep visibility over concurrent projects, detect delivery threats early, and address them through prompt intervention
- Organize regular project updates and provide executives and relevant stakeholders with accurate reporting
- Cultivate productive client relationships by keeping close to evolving priorities and desired deliverables
- Manage multidisciplinary teams while encouraging collective ownership, transparency, and responsibility
- Modify project definitions, budget limitations, and target dates through stakeholder alignment as conditions change
- Drive better ways of working by evaluating current practices and implementing efficiency-focused process changes
- Provide practical support to team members and eliminate barriers that hinder successful execution




- Ensure quality controls are followed consistently across all delivery stages
- Participate in resourcing decisions and help establish team structures that reflect project-specific requirements

Requirements

- No fewer than five years of relevant professional experience in a technical or engineering environment
- At least two years of practice in senior, lead, management, or ownership-level positions
- Verified experience directing projects staffed by five or more full-time employees
- Advanced knowledge of solution architecture combined with direct experience using Agentic AI
- Python scripting capability supported by a solid grasp of core artificial intelligence technologies
- Wide-ranging experience managing projects and leading delivery across multiple types of engagements
- Hands-on background in digital project management for technology-oriented work
- Familiarity with cloud platform delivery and the management of supporting infrastructure
- Experience coordinating digital marketing project work and campaign execution activities
- Fluent English communication at B2 level or above
