Every new market means more tickets, more payments and more messages moving through code you own.

We are hiring a Backend Engineer to build and run the systems behind the product, working directly with the founders, shipping to production every week, and owning what happens when it breaks.

Talk to the people using it and see the result in production the same week.

Get paged, find the root cause, make sure it never happens again. That's just Tuesday.
