Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution while ensuring delivery results remain connected to wider company priorities
- Function as the central bridge between internal contributors and outside stakeholders during implementation
- Establish planning structures that cover achievable schedules, critical milestones, and appropriate resource deployment
- Maintain visibility over concurrent work efforts, assess potential threats, and coordinate timely mitigation actions
- Chair recurring project check-ins and deliver concise status information to leadership and relevant audiences
- Build trusted customer relationships by understanding shifting needs and confirming shared expectations
- Guide teams with varied expertise while encouraging collective responsibility for delivery outcomes
- Update project scope, spending parameters, and delivery dates through stakeholder alignment when necessary
- Advance operational performance by identifying process weaknesses and rolling out better ways of working
- Support colleagues through delivery challenges and address dependencies that slow progress




- Protect quality expectations through continuous oversight across the full project lifecycle
- Advise on team composition and resource assignments based on the demands of individual projects

Requirements

- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in engineering, technology delivery, or a comparable technical field
- Two or more years in roles involving seniority, team leadership, management, or ownership
- Evidence of successfully managing projects staffed by at least five full-time contributors
- Comprehensive solution architecture expertise and practical familiarity with Agentic AI approaches
- Experience writing Python scripts together with foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies
- Strong background applying both project management and delivery management disciplines to a range of initiatives
- Direct experience coordinating digital delivery work for technology-based projects
- Familiarity with cloud delivery operations and infrastructure-related management requirements
- Experience supporting digital marketing programs through structured project coordination
- B2-level English or above for confident communication in a professional environment
