We invite an experienced Delivery Manager with a solid background in artificial intelligence to strengthen our project delivery function. You will help drive significant technology initiatives in an energetic organization where creativity and disciplined execution work together. Through close engagement with teams across the business, you will maintain clarity, coordination, and progress across complex programs. This role provides an excellent setting for a delivery professional who follows emerging technologies and enjoys solving operational challenges

Responsibilities

- Oversee programs from early definition to final handover, ensuring delivery supports overarching organizational aims
- Act as the key contact linking internal functions with external delivery partners throughout each engagement
- Develop practical execution plans that include attainable timelines, major delivery points, and efficient resource distribution
- Monitor numerous active initiatives, identify risks at an early stage, and implement preventative measures
- Organize regular progress updates and keep executives and stakeholders informed about delivery performance
- Cultivate durable client relationships by maintaining alignment with changing expectations and business needs
- Manage cross-departmental teams while reinforcing shared accountability and constructive collaboration
- Negotiate modifications to project boundaries, approved costs, and schedules as delivery needs change
- Drive process improvement by examining current practices and introducing more effective delivery methods




- Enable team performance by helping colleagues address issues and clearing barriers to execution
- Maintain strong quality controls across each phase of planning, delivery, and completion
- Participate in staffing decisions and recommend team configurations that meet project requirements

Requirements

- At least five years of professional practice in a relevant technical or engineering environment
- A minimum of two years spent in a senior specialist, lead, manager, or owner-level capacity
- Demonstrated ability to steer projects involving five or more full-time team members
- Advanced understanding of solution architecture paired with direct practical capability in Agentic AI
- Python scripting skills and a sound foundation in fundamental AI technologies
- Wide-ranging experience managing projects and leading delivery across multiple engagement types
- Practical experience with digital project management for technology-enabled initiatives
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure delivery and management within cloud-based environments
- Exposure to digital marketing project management, including coordination of campaign activities
- Fluent English communication at B2 level or higher
