We’re looking for a resourceful, organized Outreach & Business Development Specialist to help us identify and connect with companies in the U.S. Roofing, Bathroom Remodeling, and Window Replacement industries.

You’ll work directly with our VP of Growth to research potential partners, find the right decision-makers, and start conversations that lead to introductory calls.

This is a part-time opportunity with significant room for growth and advancement within the company.

*What you’ll do*
- Research and source relevant Roofing, Bathroom Remodeling, and Window Replacement companies.
- Identify decision-makers and find accurate contact information.
- Build and maintain organized prospect lists, including company details, contacts, and outreach status.
- Write personalized outreach messages through LinkedIn and email.
- Follow up with prospects, manage initial responses, and schedule introductory calls with our VP of Growth.
- Keep clear records of outreach activity and next steps.
- Work closely with our VP of Growth to refine targeting and messaging based on results.





*What we’re looking for*
- Strong internet research and sourcing skills—you know how to find relevant companies, people, and information.
- Confidence using LinkedIn for professional research and outreach, with an active LinkedIn account.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills, including the ability to write clear, natural, professional messages.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly.
- Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Home Services industry is a plus.
