1. Role Summary
The Team Lead, Accounts Payable – International Upstream leads the invoice processing and payment activities supporting Chevron's International Upstream business units, including Venezuela, Brazil,



Colombia and Mexico, among others, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with internal controls, corporate policies and local requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Accounts Payable analysts, managing workload distribution, performance, development plans and succession/backup coverage.

• Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing cycle (receipt, validation, classification, DOEA validation, posting, tax and withholding calculations) ensuring accuracy and adherence to the monthly schedule.

• Oversee the payment cycle (daily and/or weekly) for multiple countries: payment selection, confirmation of fund availability, execution and approval in banking platforms, monitoring of debits and rejections, and supplier payment communications.
