As an Interview Scheduling Specialist you will support recruitment and talent acquisition activities by coordinating interview logistics, managing scheduling details, and helping move candidates through the hiring process within our Talent and Development practice. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical know-how, handle detailed tasks, conduct in-depth analysis of scheduling needs,



and support specific projects while taking ownership of your work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will work with recruiting teams, candidates, and interviewers to manage calendar alignment, communicate updates, track scheduling activity, and help keep the process organized and moving forward.

- Coordinating interview schedules across multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines
- Managing calendar availability, interview panels, and time zone alignment for recruiting activity
