As a Talent Enablement Center - Compliance Specialist you will support human resource operations activities that help manage the employee lifecycle, including compliance, record keeping, onboarding and offboarding support, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and handling employee inquiries within our Internal Firm Services practice. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge,



handle detailed tasks, conduct in-depth analysis, and support specific projects while taking ownership of your work and adapting in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to HR transactions and administrative activities, serve as a primary point of contact for routing and resolution of HR questions, and apply professional standards while helping move work forward for the business and the people it serves.

Responsibilities
- Managing human resources compliance tasks across employee life cycle activities, recordkeeping, and transaction support
- Reviewing employee data, case documentation, and process records to validate accuracy and alignment with HR policies and labor law requirements
