Salary: $226,000–$340,000 per year + 35% Long-Term Incentive Cash Bonus

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Director – Internal Audit, Data Science & AI to lead AI, machine learning, analytics, and automation initiatives within Internal Audit.



This role combines technical leadership with active coding and AI model development. The idóneo candidate will lead a small technical team while personally contributing to AI solutions that improve audit efficiency, risk detection, and enterprise decision-making.

Key Responsibilities• Lead AI, machine learning, Generative AI, analytics, and automation initiatives across Internal Audit.
• Personally contribute to coding, AI model development, and production implementation.
• Drive AI strategy, product roadmaps, and deployment of scalable enterprise solutions.
• Partner with Technology and Data Science teams to develop reusable platforms, APIs, and data products.
• Implement solutions for anomaly detection, continuous monitoring, and automated audit evidence generation.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
