ANAT Business for Business is looking for an experienced Financial Systems & Accounting Process Consultant to help us design and build a scalable financial and accounting framework for small U.S. construction and service businesses.

This is a project-based consulting engagement, not a day-to-day Finance Manager or bookkeeping role.

What you’ll help us build:
• Standardized accounting and finance processes
• Month-end close, reconciliations and review procedures
• Internal controls, approval workflows and quality checks
• Financial reporting standards
• Scalable SOPs and documentation
• Finance team structure, roles and responsibilities
• Systems and workflows that can be replicated across multiple businesses

We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong knowledge of U.S.



accounting practices
• Experience in controllership, finance operations or financial systems
• Experience designing or improving processes and internal controls
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Experience in construction, HVAC, home services or similar industries is highly preferred

The key objective is to design the system itself so that qualified teams can later operate it consistently and effectively.

If the initial project is successful, there may be an opportunity for an ongoing advisory relationship.
