What You'll Do
- Translate client evidence into English for USCIS and Immigration Court filings, including but not limited to IDs, birth and marriage certificates, police reports, medical records, threats, news articles, and witness letters.
- Prepare certified translations with a certificate of translation that meets USCIS and EOIR minimum requirements.
- Translate client declarations and firm communications from English into Spanish (and French, if possible, is preferred).
