We are seeking a Recruitment Team Lead – Tech Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment excellence, lead high-performing recruiting teams, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across Technology functions.
As part of our continued growth, this leader will support multiple large-scale clients with ongoing and high-volume hiring needs across the Technology space. The primary focus will be leading recruitment delivery for positions in the United States and Europe , partnering with integral stakeholders to attract and secure top talent across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Product, AI, and other emerging technology disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Recruitment Excellence
- Lead and support a team of recruiters and sourcers, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and best practices to ensure successful recruitment outcomes across all assigned projects.
- Drive high performance through regular calibration sessions, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.

Recruitment Project Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end technology recruitment projects across multiple clients and business units.
- Coordinate hiring strategies, recruitment plans, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with client objectives, SLAs, and business priorities.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight
