Descripción de la vacante We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our law firm with accounting, bookkeeping, and billing using QuickBooks Online and Clio .

This is a hands-on, transactional bookkeeping role for a low-volume practice , with a versátil schedule of under 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

- Enter and categorize transactions
- Assist with billing
- Assist with basic financial reports
- Perform other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Clio is a MUST
- Prior experience handling law firms' bookkeeping is a MUST
- English fluency is a MUST
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of legal trust accounting is a plus
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in a legal or professional services setting is an advantage

Hours

Flexible / hourly role (under 10 hours per week )

Compensation

Hourly and commensurate with experience.
