The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing a high volume of appointments, schedules, and calendar activities while ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a critical link between clients, operations teams, and service providers by maintaining accurate schedules, quickly resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation.

- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Ensure all scheduling information is accurate, updated, and properly documented.
- Track schedule adherence and provide updates to management as needed.
- Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and client-facing teams to align scheduling requirements.
- Maintain data integrity within scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or workforce management tools.
