- 3-5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Compliance, or Construction-related roles
- Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat (editing & redlining)
- Solid Excel experience (tracking, reporting, spreadsheets)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing contracts, documentation, and compliance records

Nice to Have:

- Roofing industry experience
