REQUIREMENTS

> 1 years of dispatching experience in USA trucking
>
> DAT Load board
>
> Experience in booking and managing VANs or Reefers freight
>
> Ability to communicate efficiently with drivers, brokers, shippers
>
> Strong sales skills
>
> General knowledge of FMCSA HOS (preferred)
>
> Market analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions

> RESPONSABILITES

Daily Drivers load-plan Daily customer communication (freight plan, drivers availability and etc)

Daily control of RPM and cost/profit effectives of all Shipments

Email and phone communication

Shipments’ Price negotiation

Dispatch Drivers and monitor their progress using Samsara GPS

Control Drivers’ status, dates, and delivery times

Daily communication with Fleet management
