- 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows .




- Strong analytical eye — able to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration that others miss.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements .
- Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable working from checklists and documented standards.
- Clear communicator — able to describe defects precisely and escalate risks without ambiguity.
- Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS email rendering.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise ESP.
