This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a knack for thinking outside the box.

No technical or AI background required — just a sharp, creative mind and the ability to communicate clearly across a wide range of topics.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You/'ll Do - Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
- Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
- Develop prompts specifically aimed at surfacing weaknesses in AI responses
- Create prompts that evaluate AI performance on safety, tone,



and factual correctness
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision
- Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback from project leads
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments Who You Are - A creative thinker who enjoys exploring ideas across many different subjects
- Strong writer with the ability to communicate clearly and vary your style
- Naturally curious — you ask good questions and love finding the edges of things
- Comfortable following detailed guidelines while still bringing your own voice
