Responsibilities

- Develop resilient software architectures that scale efficiently and fulfill both business priorities and technical expectations
- Bring technical insight to architecture reviews and help shape implementation decisions for active projects
- Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and business functions to meet delivery dates and quality commitments
- Review peer code contributions and provide actionable recommendations that improve consistency and maintainability
- Investigate challenging development issues, determine their underlying causes, and deliver lasting fixes
- Support early-career developers through mentoring, hands-on guidance, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Participate in project planning by refining scope, evaluating effort, and contributing realistic delivery estimates
- Track relevant advances in technology and adopt practices that deliver practical value to the team
- Maintain accessible records of design rationale, technical processes, and key implementation decisions
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify their needs and validate that delivered solutions meet expected outcomes

Requirements





- Three or more years of professional experience in software engineering or a comparable technical role
- Applied knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks that can strengthen solution design and development workflows
- Strong command of Java Core concepts and object-oriented design principles
- Hands-on background applying Java 8 capabilities in production application development
- Experience creating and maintaining server-side services with Spring Boot
- Experience delivering or supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments
- Working familiarity with AWS services for hosting, deploying, and managing cloud-based workloads
- Understanding of CI/CD practices that support automated integration, testing, and software release activities
- Proficiency in SQL for managing, querying, and retrieving data from relational systems
- Experience designing distributed solutions using microservices architectural patterns
- Ability to build RESTful APIs and integrate applications through REST-based services
- Knowledge of unit testing methods for validating functionality and sustaining reliable code
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases that can be used with Java technology stacks
- English language skills at B2 level or above for clear written and verbal communication
