Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers—driving discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem.
You'll work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope and estimates for new projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
