The Permanente Medical Group seeks a Board-Certified/Eligible MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join the Perioperative Medicine team, split between Santa Rosa and San Rafael, CA.
You will provide comprehensive preoperative evaluations, medical risk assessment, and perioperative optimization, coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and primary care colleagues. A hybrid, outpatient-focused practice supports work-life balance.
