Key Responsibilities
- Contact vendors by phone and email and confirm deliveries and pickups.
- Review operational reports and investigate discrepancies before updating data.
- Maintain systems and track vendor follow-up.
Qualifications
- Vendor coordination, operations, data management, administrative support, logistics or dispatch experience.
- High-volume vendor outreach and follow-up by phone and email.
- Strong spoken English.
