Responsibilities

1. In line with the Group’s overseas business strategy, identify and develop regional franchisees for international brands on the platform, liaise with prospective partners, and drive brand channel rollout in overseas markets.

2. Source regional buyers for integral sellers in overseas markets, connect with local procurement resources, explore trade procurement opportunities, and build a bridge for business matchmaking between buyers and sellers.
3. Acquire overseas buyers via multiple channels, gather verified purchasing requirements, and submit qualified procurement leads through the platform.

4. Scout, engage and recruit local parttime business partners in overseas markets, expand external cooperation resources, and build a talent pipeline of parttime staff.
5. Conduct client outreach and commercial communication within authorised limits, manage the full sales pipeline,



and coordinate business negotiations and project implementation.

6. Undertake other adhoc tasks and crossfunctional assignments as required by management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Familiar with product features, application scenarios of building materials and relevant building industry standards.

2. Strong market research and customer demand analysis capabilities; selfmotivated and able to develop clients independently.
3. Excellent business communication and negotiation skills, strong execution and good teamwork.

4. Good command of English or other foreign languages in speaking, reading and writing; local candidates are preferred.
5. Willing to travel to meet business needs; a valid local driver’s licence is a plus.
