We are looking for a hands-on Lead Cloud Engineer to guide discovery, define target-state architecture, and lead lift-and-shift migrations from legacy or locally hosted applications to AWS and Kubernetes-based platforms. You will shape designs, plans, and execution with engineering and architecture peers.

Responsibilities - Lead application and infrastructure discovery to assess legacy and third-party hosted workloads - Define target-state architecture for AWS, including integration needs and landing zone requirements - Determine Kubernetes and EKS requirements and outline high-level platform configurations - Run workshops with clients and solution and security architects to align on approach - Create migration plans and test plans that support largely lift-and-shift delivery - Oversee migration execution and support engineering teams with technical direction and unblockers - Build containerization approaches and guide creation of container-ready application versions - Design CI/CD pipelines to enable repeatable build, test,
